A patented, TBRL-certified bulletproof bunker offering NIJ Level IV ballistic protection for forward-deployed troops. Modular, rapidly deployable and tested under live-fire conditions in active operational areas.
Offline AI and ML platform for real-time drone imagery analysis. Delivers situational reports and scenario assessments without any internet — purpose-built for network-denied environments.
India's first fire-retardant, scratch-proof tarpaulin for military vehicles. 680 GSM high-density polymer, 5-year lifespan, temperature-regulating properties for all operational environments.
Modular CQB training facility under Rs. 1 Crore vs. industry standard of Rs. 2–3 Crore. Fibre-reinforced blocks absorb bullets internally, eliminating recurring structural damage costs.
Two-part indigenous app converting images to audio for covert field transmission. Receiver reconstructs the image from sound — zero internet or network required. Built for denied environments.
Autonomous recce vehicle transmitting live CCTV feed over 5 km to the Commanding Officer — real-time battlefield awareness without exposing soldiers to hostile contact.
1,000 LPD atmospheric water generation unit providing independent water supply for remote and island-based military deployments — reducing logistical dependency at isolated outposts.
Lightweight portable system for drying and maintaining military parachutes in forward areas. Eliminates fixed infrastructure dependency, enabling rapid mission-ready turnaround for airborne operations.
For over 3 years, Coreforge Projects has been actively engaged in the comprehensive modernisation of Indian Army Supply Depots (ASC). Our work addresses the complete operational infrastructure of supply depots — transforming outdated facilities into efficient, technology-driven logistics hubs.
Our depot modernisation programme spans physical infrastructure — including QC Laboratories, Fresh Sheds and Dry Sheds — and digital transformation through a purpose-built software system that streamlines the daily issue process, inventory management and supply chain operations.
Every solution deployed is designed in direct consultation with ASC unit commanders and depot staff to ensure it solves real daily operational challenges — reducing manual dependency, improving quality control and bringing accountability to the supply chain.
A fully equipped QC Laboratory installed at each depot to enable on-site testing and quality verification of rations, consumables and supplies. Ensures that all items issued to troops meet the required standards before distribution — eliminating substandard supplies reaching soldiers.
Purpose-designed Fresh Sheds for proper storage, handling and distribution of fresh produce including vegetables, fruits and perishables. Built with ventilation, hygiene and temperature management specifications to maximise shelf life and prevent wastage of fresh rations.
Modular Dry Sheds engineered for the organised storage of dry rations, packaged food items and non-perishable supplies. Designed with proper shelving, labelling systems and access management to improve inventory visibility and reduce mis-issue or pilferage.
A bespoke digital platform developed specifically for ASC depot operations, managing the complete daily issue workflow — from indent generation and stock verification to issue authorisation and record maintenance. Replaces manual registers with a real-time, accountable digital system that reduces errors and saves time.
Initiated the Army Supply Depot modernisation programme with pilot implementations at Lucknow and Ahmedabad. Conducted detailed operational assessments, designed QC Lab specifications and began construction of first Fresh Sheds and Dry Sheds.
Developed and deployed the Daily Issue Process Software at pilot locations. Incorporated direct feedback from depot staff and ASC commanders to refine the platform. Expanded deployment to Danapur and Missamari, completing QC Labs and storage infrastructure at all four locations.
Completed full-scale rollout across all 6 locations including Gopalpur and Bhuj. Software updated with advanced inventory management features. All 6 depots now operational with integrated physical infrastructure and digital daily issue systems — delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality control and accountability.
